Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Future Leaders Program and related events, including the Case Competition, workshops, and masterclasses. By submitting the registration form, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Program Participation

  • Participants must submit original ideas and content throughout the program. Plagiarism or misrepresentation of work will result in immediate disqualification.

  • Collaboration and good teamwork are essential. Participants agree to maintain respectful communication with peers, mentors, and staff.

  • Attendance and participation are mandatory for scheduled activities, including online sessions, masterclasses, and group meetings. Repeated absences may lead to program termination or affect eligibility for program recognition or prizes.

  • Participants agree to uphold the values of respect, integrity, and inclusivity that represent the Future Leaders brand.

Competition Prize Conditions
Winners of the Case Competition are eligible to receive a reward of €1,000, which is granted only if the winning business idea is officially implemented.

  • The funds are awarded exclusively to the registered business entity created from the idea, not to individual participants.

  • The €1,000 amount must be used solely for legitimate business expenses aligned with the approved plan.

  • Distribution of prize funds will occur only after the business entity is legally established and a formal agreement is signed with the program organizers outlining permissible use of the funds.

  • Failure to meet these conditions voids eligibility for the reward.

Program Fees and Payment Terms
Participation in the Future Leaders Competition requires a total payment of €800, covering program activities, mentorship, resources, and event access.

  • If a deposit has been paid to reserve your spot, it will be deducted from the total €800 fee.

  • A participant’s spot is considered secured only once the deposit is received by the published payment deadline.

  • The remaining balance must also be paid in full by the designated deadline.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the Future Leaders Program or Case Competition is cancelled by the organizers at least 30 days prior to the start date due to insufficient participant numbers or internal administrative reasons, each registered participant will be offered two options:

  • Option 1: A full refund of all program fees paid, including any deposits and balance payments.

  • Option 2: The opportunity to transfer enrollment to a customized alternative program or mentorship experience organized by Future Leaders.

Cancellation due to serious health issues: A full refund of the program fee will be granted. Documentation from a licensed medical professional may be requested to verify circumstances.

Use of Images and Content

By joining the program, You grant the organizers permission to use photographs, video footage, and written or recorded materials created during Future Leaders events for promotional purposes across the Future Leaders brand family, social channels, and affiliated educational partners. No financial compensation will be offered for the use of such materials. If You do not wish to appear in photos/videos, You must notify us in writing prior to the first day of the program.
