Work side by side with local and international students to turn creative concepts into real business proposals, then pitch your vision to entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors.
The Future Leaders Case Competition is designed for students who want to test and elevate their entrepreneurial mindset. Through expert mentorship, hands-on collaboration, and a live judging panel, you will experience what it truly feels like to build, defend, and refine a business idea in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

How It Works
Mixed Teams
Teams with students from top universities like EU Business School are intentionally combined to create international, multidisciplinary teams, who collaborate to create bold, innovative business ideas.
Ideation & Development
Teams brainstorm business solutions, validate ideas, and build a business model with mentor support, gaining practical experience as they refine concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
Investors Pitch
Teams pitch their idea in a Shark-Tank–style session to real entrepreneurs and investors, gaining feedback and the possibility of obtaining additional funding for their ideas.
Who Can Participate?
Open to ambitious students aged 18-22 who want to test their entrepreneurial skills in a real startup-style challenge.
University students from local or international institutions, including EU Business School.
Students with a passion for entrepreneurship, business, or innovation.
Those looking to gain hands-on experience, teamwork, and pitching skills.
